This website provides general information about PageWorks services. Demonstration concepts are labeled as concepts and are not representations of paid client work or guaranteed business results.

Proposals and project scope

A consultation does not create a client relationship. Before work begins, the project scope, deliverables, timing, revision limits, fees, ownership, and cancellation terms will be confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement. That agreement controls if it differs from this website.

Payments and cancellations

Unless a written proposal says otherwise, the setup deposit reserves production time and work begins after the required content is received. Remaining setup fees are due at launch. Monthly service can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Any refund eligibility is determined by the signed proposal and the work completed at the time of cancellation.

No guaranteed results

PageWorks does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue. Performance depends on factors outside our control, including the client's market, offer, reputation, advertising, and third-party platforms.
